Finding Mosar Vostoff on this list should not be surprising. A man only popular amongst his own region of Sigmis, his personality can only be described as arrogant and overwhelming. Vostoff is a very powerful Lunacan, and many of those in a position similar to his own would use it as the perfect opportunity to commit selfish acts. There is a reason why only the region of Sigmis has been charmed by him. Do not allow yourself to be one of those people.
Elethan Fachnan is known for owning multiple restaurants and night clubs across the entirety of Lunavara. He is not innocent either. It is a known fact that Fachnan's youthful days were spent doing activities that were less than legal. I can not fail to mention that night clubs are a common cover up for illegal activity, such as drug rings. Elethan Fachnan isn't someone to be trusted.
Convicted last year after I uploaded my report onto this website. Some of you then took my report and passed it along to the police. While I am grateful that this evil has now been vanquished, it angers me to know that the police had not caught on sooner than I had. This simply goes to show the corruption of the judicial system. If you pay them enough money, they will be sure to turn a blind eye.
